With over 30 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals, families, and workplaces across the mental health spectrum. My work spans child, adolescent, and family mental health services, workplace conflict resolution, and specialist care for older adults. As an accredited Mental Health Social Worker with the AASW and a registered Medicare Provider, I offer evidence-based therapy for a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

Alongside my private practice, I work as a therapist at Rivendell Child, Adolescent, and Family Mental Health Service and collaborate with Jenny Brown’s practice. I also have extensive experience in workplace training, supervision, and conflict management, supporting professionals dealing with work-related stress and work-life balance challenges. Additionally, I provide Christian ministry coaching and am accredited to deliver the PARENT HOPE PROJECT and PARENT CONFIDENCE PROJECT, helping parents navigate complex family dynamics.
